Terms

The deal between you and Arke.

The rules of using Arke, written to be read. Where these terms describe billing, they match exactly how the product behaves.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Untitled Product, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered at 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 25972, Dover, DE 19904, United States. It operates Arke. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

What Arke does

Arke connects to accounts you authorise, builds a graph of your professional relationships from them, and lets you ask questions about it. Features change as the product develops. We may add, alter, or retire parts of it, and we will not remove something you rely on without notice.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of what you tell us. Keep your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

A workspace owner can invite members. Everyone in a workspace shares the same graph, so invite people you would be comfortable showing every note, deal, and message in it.

Plans, billing, and the trial

The Individual plan starts with a 5 day free trial. Nothing is charged during it, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing. Upgrading to a larger plan ends the trial and begins billing immediately.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Billing is per account, not per workspace: one subscription covers every workspace you own, and the usage allowance is shared across them.

Plans differ only in limits, not features. Every feature is on every plan. When an allowance is used up, the affected feature pauses until the next renewal or until you upgrade.

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal, reachable from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial months.

If prices change, we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects your renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not use Arke to:

  • break the law, or infringe someone else's rights
  • connect an account you are not authorised to access
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or build lists for that purpose
  • attempt to breach, overload, or reverse engineer the service
  • resell or redistribute Arke without our written agreement

Your content stays yours

You own everything you put into Arke and everything we sync on your behalf. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us only the permission required to run the service for you: to store your content, process it to produce the features you asked for, and show it back to you and the members of your workspace. Nothing more.

What the agent produces

Arke's answers, summaries, and drafts are generated by an AI model working from your data. They can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken.

Check anything that matters before you act on it, especially before sending a draft. You remain responsible for what you send and for the decisions you make. Arke is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Third party services

Connecting Google, Stripe, or any other service means their terms apply to your use of them alongside ours. We are not responsible for their availability or for what they do with data you give them directly.

Availability

We work to keep Arke running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our providers, and failures all happen. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law will not let us exclude.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using Arke and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that we are legally required to close, and we will explain why unless we are barred from doing so.

Export your data before you close an account. After deletion it goes, on the schedule set out in the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We will post changes to these terms here and, when they are significant, tell you in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use Arke after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
